This weeds out scams who find it risky to have a local listed number. -Car Dealers MUST label their ads as a dealer ad. -Real Estate Agents MUST list their real estate agency within the text of their ad. -ANY form of Multi-Level marketing ads must be placed in the MultiLevel Marketing sub-category in the Business category. Violators will be warned, then banned! 3. No "adult" material is permitted. No sexual, obscene material. It is in violation of Federal and State law, and as we record the computer i.p. address of every visitor and member, we have the ALL the info needed to prosecute. 4. All your account info must be true information. We will verify anthing the seems suspicious and reserve the right to. It is understood that NONE of your info [including name, address, email, phone, etc.] will EVER be shared with anyone. Do not include people in your pictures where possible. 7. We ban scams at once. We ban misleading users at once. (For example if you say you are giving away a book in the Books category, and all the book is is an advertisment to try your marketing ploy, then really, you are not giving a book, but a marketing ploy). BANNED! (and you won't be able to re-register.) 8. YOU are responsible for not getting yourself ripped off by some seller. We don't know these people any more than you do, so be aware!
